Music output
1st dance are a high-tech disco provider, all our music is data based and is only played using professional dj software through our new Apple computers. Our digital 8 channel mixer and top quality professional 2000w amp ensure your party tunes always sound fantastic.

Speakers
Whatever the size of your party we have the right balance of power, output and volume.
We ensure the sound is crystal clear and at the volume you desire. Our wedding disco rig will be set-up to suit your venue. Small, powerful and descreet 'sound sticks' for more intimate gatherings, high output 'disco cabs' for standard parties or our mighty powerful 'bass boomer' for a bigger sound.

Disco lights
Our lighting rig will be set-up to suit you and your venue. All our lights are top quality professional systems, designed to be enjoyed by everyone. They are bright, colourful and fun. We have a superb range of wedding disco lights, some creating colourful patterns, others that move and turn to the music beat. Throughout your disco the dj will alter the light show to suit the music, ensuring the show is kept fresh and vibrant.

Light effects and extras
We do not use stobe lights or stage blinders. We do use lasers, however, we will always check if these are desired. We do not use smoke machines, BUT we do use Haze machines. Haze is a water based 'mist' effect which gives the disco lights a great extra dimension. We will always check with you and the venue before haze is used.

Party disco rig
Our professional party disco rig is suitable for any venue large or small, it can be optimised for the space available and provided we are reasonably near a powerpoint, we can pretty much get to work anywhere!

What if something breaks down?
Don't worry! We have back-up's of absolutely everything, in some cases we have back-ups of the back-ups! All equipment is checked before each party disco and we carry enough spares for any eventuality.

Safety
You and your guests's safety is our absolsute priority (as well as a brilliant party disco of course). All our equipment is PAT tested and we have a £10,000,000 public liability insurance policy. Our staff are fully trained and will ensure a safe and happy environment for your disco.
